MY METHODS WORK AND THE RESULTS WE’LL GET TOGETHER WILL BE DRAMATIC.

I’ll leave nothing to chance and cover every single variable such as your working hours, your sleeping pattern, your lifestyle etc. Achieving your goal won’t happen overnight (I’d be lying to you if I said it would), but I know if you work hard and you’re disciplined, we’ll 100% achieve your goal.

NUTRITION PLAN

Your nutrition plan will be created for you after your first consultation using a questionnaire, this will enable me to know more about your diet history and lifestyle in order to put the perfect plan in place.

I will then ask you for your weight and the body metrics, then combine all of this together to create your bespoke training package.

Once this plan is in place I will then monitor your progression via an app that we’re be using to track your progress and we’ll also communicate either through this app, WhatsApp or email. During the duration of your training program, I’ll also make small changes to the plan along the way if needed to ensure you’re consistently getting results. This daily monitoring of your nutritional habits and progression is how I will ensure you’re achieve the best result possible over your training period.

WORKOUTS

On the basis of the information gathered by our initial consultations I will design you a tailored body transformation training program unique to you based on our my methodology. If you choose to train with me for 3 or 6 months, then your training program will be split into 3 training blocks. All my training programs are designed to your current fitness level, and then progressively get harder as you get stronger and fitter.

I will also take into account any pre-existing or potential structural/muscular imbalances, addressing those weaknesses head on and eliminating them with a modern training program which is lead by industry science.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

CAN I GET STRONGER AND LOSE FAT AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes! Almost all of my clients do exactly this, and my training programs are tailored to do exactly this. However, those of you’s that what to achieve this will need to be consistent and dedicated to their training program to achieve their goals.

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN PER WEEK?

There’s seven days in a week and I believe that in order to achieve amazing results, you should train more times than you rest. This means training 4 times a week and resting 3 days a week would be the perfect ratio in my opinion, as your’ll be stimulating your muscles in the gym/at home training 4 times and then allowing your muscles to grow outside of your training sessions through effective nutrition and rest. However, due to some of my clients busy working working schedules and lifestyles, this ratio isn’t always possible and they opt to train 2-3 times a week. But yes, to answer your next question you can still achieve amazing results by training 2-3 times a week. But expect the result you want to be achieved quicker by training more frequency each week.

DO I HAVE TO EAT THE SAME BORING FOOD ALL THE TIME?

No, I believe in eating a balanced diet, and consuming foods that will keep you within your daily macronutrient target. This means you would choose what foods to eat ensuring that they are rich in nutrients and that they stay within your Marco-nutrient range.

ARE YOU APP BASED

Yes, our Training Program is accessible on your smart phone or laptop via an app. Also every exercises comes with a video and explanation, so every exercise is easy to understand.

IS YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

Yes, every training session I plan is designed for people of all abilities. I do this by designing workouts that have beginner, intermediate and advance levels, so you can choose the level that suits you best. Also, after your consultation I will have a better understanding of your current fitness levels, therefore I can then choose exercises and intensity that will challenge your current fitness level.

DO I NEED EQIUPMENT

No, for my clients that train at home, I will design you a workout with little or no equipment needed if need be. Your Training Program will still be challenging, innovative and achieve the results you want.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FINISH THE PROGRAM?

To the clients that have completed their training program, I’ll still be there to offer you support and advice if need be. Once you’ve finished the program, you can go back to the first training week and start again…this time lifting heavier weights.
